Our Design and Build Process

1. Landscape Consultation:  Our first meeting will go over your landscape aspirations.  Things we will determine are your wants, objectives, budget to help us turn your dream into a reality!
2. Landscape Design: Once we have an idea of your vision, a simple drawing of the space will be created.  This will allow us to work out any changes and additions that you would like to see.  The next step in this process is getting one of our certified landscape designers to come out and create official landscape blueprints of the space.  This is usually the longest process when it comes to making material choices and finalizing every detail (Estimate Cost of Drawings: $2k-$5k)
3. Landscape Quote: The Landscape Quote and Design Process go hand and hand.  We sit down to go over the landscape blueprints and decide on landscape materials, planting and lighting designs that work with your budget.  At this point you have the drawings and estimate, with our approval we can schedule in your project! (Payment required: 50% of project)
4. Landscape Build:  It's now time for your project to start taking shape. We go over scheduling, any permits or locates that needs to be completed to make sure the building stage runs as smoothly as possible.  We will go over timelines of the project and finalize any last details.  We will ensure regular communication with the customer throughout the whole process, providing you with updates on how everything is going.  This allows for any additions to be made or issues to be resolved  before the project is fully completed. (Payment required: 25% of project, half way through project completion)
5. Final Inspection:  Upon completion, we will walk the site going over final details to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product.  At this point we will collect the final payment (remaining 25% of Project).  We will then go over warranty details of the work!
   
6. Now its time to sit back and enjoy!
