Q:WHAT DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE?
A: Our service includes the removal of snow from your driveway. It also includes removal of snowbanks left by city graders or plows. This is done by subcontracted local commercial plows and blowers that float on the surface of your driveway. This equipment will not remove hard packed snow or ice and your property must be free of obstructions.
Q:WHAT IF I CLEAR MY LANEWAY BEFORE THE PLOW ARRIVES?
A:You may cancel your plow request within two hours of your request being made, provided that our plow operator has not begun clearing your driveway. You can do this by signing into the app, viewing the request and selecting "delete".
Q:WHAT DOES IT COST TO CLEAR MY DRIVEWAY?
A:Prices vary depending on the size of your driveway, the amount of snow, and how quickly you want it cleared. You will be quoted a price before each job which you are free to accept or reject.
Q:HOW QUICKLY WILL MY DRIVEWAY GET PLOWED?A: MowGOSnowGO lets you choose the date and time that the job needs to be completed by. We can complete jobs within 4 hours to 24 hours of the request being accepted.
Note: Timing can vary with weather conditions.
On average, most driveways are plowed within 3-4 hours on the day requested. In circumstances of inclement weather, your driveway may not be plowed until the following day.
Q:WHAT IF MY CAR IS STILL IN THE DRIVEWAY?
A:It is up to the individual plow operator to determine how to handle driveway obstructions. A plow operator may decide that they cannot plow your driveway if the obstruction does not leave enough room to safely maneuver around it. If this is the case, you will not be charged. If it is safe to maneuver around the obstruction, the operator will do their best to clear the driveway. Always try to move your vehicle far up and far to one side to get the best clearing possible. Unfortunately, the full charge applies even if your driveway can only be partially cleared.
The Service Provider has the option to return or not to clear snow around where your cars were but this is normally the Users responsibility. It is always suggested you clear off your car and around your car 'before' the Service Provider arrives to do your driveway so he can remove this snow at the same time as performing the initial clearing.
Q:WHAT IF THE PLOW DRIVER DAMAGES MY DRIVEWAY?
A:If you suspect that a plow operator has damaged your property, please contact us. We'll put you in touch with the provider so that they may investigate further. We insist that all service providers show proof of adequate insurance when registering with MowGOSnowGO.
Q:WHAT ABOUT MY WALKWAY? WILL THAT BE CLEARED?
A:Service providers have the option of bidding on clearing your walkway if you have selected this option. Not all service providers do walkways so this may limit the number of providers willing to take on your job. If no provider accepts your job with walkway clearing you may wish to request again without it.
Q:WILL THE SERVICE REMOVE ICE AND HARD PACKED SNOW?
A:Our plow operators do not remove ice or packed snow as this could result in property damage.
Q:WHAT IF THERE IS A DISPUTE OR ISSUES BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER?
A: MowGOSnowGO has a 24/7 communications to arbitrate and sort out any issues fairly. Either party can request this service.
Q:WHAT IS IN STORE FOR THIS YEAR?
A:MowGOSnowGO is a new yet fast growing company. Like Uber, growth is going to take time and we ask that you be patient, get the word out and grow with us for years to come.

Q:HOW DOES MOWGOSNOWGO WORK?
A: A customer requests a plow via the MowGOSnowGO application. Jobs are placed in the available job queue within minutes and a notification is sent out to each operator. The operator views the job queue using an app on their smart phone and taps on a job to see the details and accept it if interested. Accepted jobs appear in the operators personal job list. The operator takes a "before" picture of the job. Once completed, the operator uses the app to take a photograph of the cleared property and the completed job is removed from the list. The customer is billed by MowGOSnowGO and payment (minus commission) is applied to your account.
Q:HOW OFTEN DO I GET PAID?
A: Payments are made directly into your account within 7 business days of completion of job and confirmation by customer.
Q:HOW MUCH DO I MAKE FOR CLEARING A DRIVEWAY?A: MowGoSnowGO will provide you with a pricing matrix based on various driveway sizes. MowGOSnowGO retains 25% for its services. This fee may be adjusted up or down with 7 business days notice for the purposes of incentives, bonuses, promotions and inducements to either customers and service providers.
Q:DO I HAVE TO TAKE EVERY JOB ASSIGNED TO ME?
A: Jobs are not assigned to you. They are made available to plow operators based on their distance from the job. At no point is an operator obligated to accept a job. You bid on each and every job you think you can handle in the time frame requested. Based on the quickness of your bid, your location and your Customer Satisfaction Rating, jobs will then be awarded to you.
Q:HOW DO I ACQUIRE JOBS?
A:Each operator installs our MowGOSnowGO iPhone or Android app which displays jobs available within their area, as well as jobs they have already accepted. Operators are notified, through the app, when a new job becomes available. During each snowstorm, if you are available to take on more MowGOSnowGO customers, you simply log in to bid on additional jobs.
Q:HOW QUICKLY MUST I COMPLETE A JOB?
A: Operators must complete each job (and City Plow street dumps) within the time specified by the customer. Time ranges that customers can request are between 4 and 24hours.
If a job is not completed within the allotted time, it becomes available for other operators within range. Failure to meet the clearing times you agreed to will result in a lower Customer Satisfaction Rating, which could affect the amount of future jobs awarded.
Q:DO I HAVE TO CLEAR WALKWAYS?
A:If the customer has included walkway clearing in their request, then yes, if you accept the job you will be required to clear the walkway. You are paid an additional fee for this service. Make sure to check clearly what the customer is requesting before you submit your bid.
Q:WHAT IF THERE IS A DISPUTE OR ISSUES BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND SERVICE PROVIDER?
A:MowGOSnowGO has a 24/7 communication to arbitrate and sort out any issues fairly. Either party can request this service.
